When COPILOT Cares is connected with a community in need, our response, in part, is to provide grocery essentials in order to mitigate hunger in the areas we serve. Whether we come to dig a well, check on the progress of an initiative, to provide shelters or address other needs, the first step is to make sure food is provided to enrich the lives of those in the surrounding area. Truly, no life can be saved when basic needs like food and water are not met.

As part of our work, we want to nurture emotional as well as physical health by trying to make sure that as many people as possible have a meal to look forward to and can put the worry of where the next one is coming from out of their heads. COPILOT Cares tries to provide this kind of relief to as many sites as possible with a goal of one day making a dent in the issue of global hunger.
